Lisa Crossman MSc MBACP is a qualified workplace psychologist, mindfulness trainer, coach and counsellor.
With over 2 decades of experience and qualification in professional sports, executive sales, psychology and the education sectors, her mission is to improve workplace efficiency by tackling the stress epidemic in the UK whether at organisational or local level through workshops, courses or one to one work.
Lisa uses her expertise, bringing skill and strategy for life affirming behavioural and mind-set changes, for a diverse range of professionals.
Her own background is diverse in professional experience as is her heritage and family background. She has also worked outside of workplace settings, with issues such as non-traditional families, blended families, childhood bereavement, parental separation, identity, self-discovery and the impact this has on relationships and self-worth.

MSc Organisational Psychology, Adv. Dip Counselling, BSc Psychology (double honours) MBACP.
